The telecom facility must be NBN fibre network compliant.
Some of the developers (owners) are not aware about the technology NBN feeding in the area like FTTN, FTTC, HFC, and Fixed wireless etc. Also, owners sometimes are not aware about whether the telecom network is aerial or underground in the area. What if you build underground network but later found that area was overhead only? What if you provide copper network but later found that NBN serving with HFC technology in the area? To avoid such hassle, an appointment with qualified telecom person is important who has full understanding of the telecom network.
